Cingular and MySpace have jointly created a mobile version of the MySpace social networking site. The mobile site will be available to Cingular customers at a cost of $2.99 per month. The site will be displayed through a Java application, as opposed to the WAP MySpace site made for Helio users. For a few months, the Java MySpace site will be only available to Cingular customers, but will then be expanded to other carriers.

Cingular customers can subscribe to the site by texting "myspace" to 386.
