Samsung SCH-960 Announced
| Posted: 12.19.2006 Today Samsung introduced a new phone, the SCH-960. This phone features a 2 megapixel camera, EV-DO highspeed data transfer, a microSD memory card slot and Bluetooth. The Samsung SCH-960 also features 2 firsts for Samsung. It is the first Samsung phone to feature a light sensor that adjusts the screen brightness. It is also the first phone to have what Samsung calls an "optical joystick". This new type of joystick differs from traditional 4-direction joysticks and d-pads by using technology similar to that found in optical mouses to detect finger movements.
