T-Mobile Halts Sidekick Slides Sales

Posted: 11/17/2007

A problem with the new Motorola Sidekick Slide handset has caused T-Mobile to temporarily stop selling the phone. Sidekick Slide customers have reported that the phone powers off at times after being slid open or closed. Once Motorola has fixed this problem, sales of the Sidekick Slide will resume.

If you have already purchased a Motorola Sidekick Slide, you are advised to contact T-Mobile customer care or take your phone back to your T-Mobile store.
