Documents regarding the Samsung Z400 have appeared on the FCC website and they indicate that this handset is headed to Sprint. The Z400 is a rugged flip phone that will feature Direct Connect push-to-talk functionality. Other features include EVDO data transfer, stereo speakers, and Bluetooth.
