Startup Velocity Mobile Reveals Smartphones

There will be a new player in the Smartphone game come Q3 of this year. Velocity Mobile, a brand new company, has just shown off their first two smartphones, the Velocity 103 and Velocity 111.
Both the 103 and the 111 will operate on Windows Mobile 6.1, will be tri-band HSDPA and quad-bad GSM, and will also feature 2 megapixel cameras, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, TV output, GPS and a microSD memory card slot.
It appears that the primary differentiator between the Velocity 103 and 111 is that the 103 features a larger, high resolution display while the 111 has a smaller display but adds a QWERTY keyboard.
Both the Velocity 103 and Velocity 111 are expected out in the 3rd quarter of 2008.
