the best phone ive ever seen and i get signal alover the place i thnk im going to stick with them. i dont need to buy anything for the phone the usb cable helps out with ring tone screen savers music and videos

Amp'd mobile is a joke! I got the angel about a month ago and all it does is freeze. I have spent hours and hours on tech support no one knows what they are doing. Everyone tells you something different. They said they can get me a replacement phone in 5 weeks. I was like are you kidding!? They don't seem to care about you at all. So I'm stuck without a phone for over a month. I think I would rather pay the cancelation fee.
Ampd mobile is by far the best company today. ive been with all the other companys out there and none come close! plans are unmatched by far! this company is on the right track early!
AMPD MOBILE IS AWESOME.... PHONES ARE COOL AND THE SERVICE IS EVEN BETTER.. WHY SHOULD I PAY FOR VERIZON WHEN THIS IS COOLER AND THE SAME SERVICE.

Just got the hollywood and it seems like i'm going to like the service. I ordered two more for the rest of my family. BUT customer service is terrible.
The service plan is supposed to be 5 cents per minute, but guess what, they are experiencing so called technical problems, so now I'm being charged 25 cents per minute. Last month, they charged me $20 more than they should, still haven't given me a refund. The phones are so...... expensive, still hasn't seen that rebate check for the stupid phone. Furthermore, the customer service is the worst, minimum wait time is like an hour.
This company is HORRIBLE! I would not recommend them to ANYONE! They have horrible customer service, when I had a problem in the very first month there was no one for me to talk to, I was promised time after time that a supervisor would call me back and I never received the call. I was the one always calling them back. I took it upon myself to get as much information about their corporate office and contacting as many people as I could. Finally, after emailing all of them, I got a call from the Senior Director of Member Services, who put me in touch with the C/S manager! He understood my problems, me wanting to leave the company and told me he'd take care of everything, but this didn't happen. I kept getting bills, although I was no longer with them and now had service with T-Mobile, I was continued to be charged monthly fees. I have been dealing with this since August, it is now mid March and I'm still dealing with this. I can't get a straight answer from anyone. Whatever you do, DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THIS COMPANY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
The worst service ever. With a problem phone i called their tech support, spent 40 mins on hold, system disconnected me, then after another 35 mins rep picked up and told me that i need to call another number to have the phone replaced - wrong. I tried calling back, rep picked up after another 40 mins i gave up. If you can help it stay away from the service
