I've been a CIngular customer for about 4 years now. I've only had down time twice in that time for about 10 or 15 minutes each time. I just changed my phone, but I don't like the quality of it. I think CIngular should of stayed with the few phones that always guaranteed performance. Overall, still happy and will be contacting them on this new phone.

Cingular sucks!!!!!!!! Don't sign a contract, they will do everything they possibly can to keep you with them, including a $150 cancelation fee!! Everytime you get a new phone they renew the contract (without you realizing it) and most contracts are for 2 years. They have TERRIBLE customer service, I have called them countless times and 9 times out of 10 I hang up without fixing my original problem. if you have a problem with your phone they are useless!! they won't give you a different model phone unless you pay $200+ for another one. I am counting down the days until my contract expires so switch companies.

2 years ago cingular was the worst cell phone carrier. but now their signal is stronger and their phones are awsome....and their roll over minutes + family plans rule... I had airtouch ( Verizon) and their signal is ok but not better than cingular .... and if you go over your minutes..the`ll charge you a fortune.$$$$$$$$..trust me I know...

I have had service with everyone, and so has my family, and we agree that Cingular overall is the best. We realized from experience that not all services work everywhere. Cingular has trhe best coverage, in our opinion, In San Bernardino, Riverside, LA and Orange counties.

I got my son this phone service last Christmas. Every single bill had erroneous charges. They are not helpful and acted like it was my problem that they couldn't get their bills correct. Then they got my son to add a phone with no minutes charged between the two. What a joke! They charged every minute between the two phones. I warn anyone and everyone from going Cingular. I would like to file a law suite against them...

I Love Cingular! Been with them for 5 years now. The thought of not getting reception, doesn't even cross my mind. It's been over two years since I've been unable to get a strong enough signal. I love the rollover minutes! I call it my 'I can call my moma antime plan'! The people up at our Parrot Cingular store are great!

Cingular is the WORST company I have ever delt with. They even almost caused me to loose my job because my company couldn't reach me on my Cingular phone. They sold me wireless internet, but NOBODY in customer service could tell me how to activate it. NEVER sign a contract with these people.

yeah-NO service offers anyone EXACTLY what they want so you look for the one that offers you the most features you are looking for from coverage area to price, etc...! yeah-cingular did have billing & customer service problems BUT i stuck with them & i am glad i did! their service has improved 100%! their coverage area IS the best! and NO you CANNOT beat their pricing with ROLLOVER! and NOKIA phones are the best in the business! and as far as the other person's review who said 'the even charge you $150 if you want to leave!' well DUH!!! they all do!--welcome to the world of wireless! go with cingular! i'm glad i'm there & so are all my friends whom i've referred there!
