T-Mobile Reviews

T-Mobile has been the best to me, after I tried Sprint and Verizon.T-Mobile is not perfect but more honest and reliable than others (even than the same GSM network'S Cingular). For the last 3 months I never have experienced a dropped call or sound quality traffic. When I was with Sprint and Verizon, I had the best Samsung phones, and all dropped calls or sound quality issues , those rude companies blamed on my phones! Only when I disconected contracts with both of them, I found out from many technology websites, that those issues were typical for CDMA network ( and SPRINT/VERRIZON know it!, but they just always lie, blaming everythink on the phone, and keep sending you the same phones).
Anyway, T-Mobile's customer service is outstanding ( not perfect though) comparing to any other cellular provider
(Germans!), and their GSM network is great. Also T-Mobile is the only carrier that does not have scaming 2 year contracts! And also the only company that gives you a national plan for one low price.
The only time is VERIZON can
beat T-MOBILE is when you travel to suburbs (little better coverage , since verizon wireless has been around from 1980s).
GET T-MOBILE!

The longer I am with T-Mobile, the better it gets. I must admit that I was a little hesitant with switching to T-Mobile, but coming from AT&T Wireless, I was desperate to switch to someone else. I have heard of many complaints with Cingular, horrible customer service with Sprint and expensive contracts with Verizon. Since the AT&T/Cingular merger, it seems that my signal here in Houston has gotten better, which isn't surprising when T-Mobile sent me a flyer saying that they put up more than 102 towers in the Houston area. I guess T-Mobile bought some of AT&T's towers after the merger. Anyhow, customer service was been fantastic and the signal is getting better with the dropped calls diminishing. T-Mobile is stepping up to the plate here and I am glad I did the switch. Their phones are also better than the other companies, in my opinion, and I love the fact that you can use world phones on their network. Good job T-Mobile!!

T-Mobile is for you if you make most of your calling in a major metro area. I originally got TMobile because it was cheap and because my friend's phones worked well at home (Minneapolis, MN). I was satisfied with my service in Mpls, but I now am at college and have no service. I can be walking in the middle of the street and have no service, even though they advertise and sell their products here in Bloomington, IN. I can't wait until my contract is up. But my biggest problem with TMobile is that they have gimicky advertising (advertising coverage where it really isn't available) and also they don't follow through with what they say they'll do. If you live in a big city then this service should be fine for what you pay. Otherwise, if you don't live in a big city, get something else.

I have never had as bad an experience with any product or service as I have with T-Mobile. If you enjoy being yelled at by customer service, treated like an airline passenger instead of a valued customer, and paying for a phone you cannot use half of the time, then by all means go out and get one today! The only bright spot is that with their inferior service, nasty customer interactions and lack of reception, it won't be long until a powerhouse like Cingular purchases them and fires them all!

ZERO. Verizon wirless is clearly superior. Anyone who knows anything about CDMA vs GSM technology would be educated enough to look beyond incompetent employees, and look at the actual networking and functionality thereof. If that is what was being looked at, everyone would understand. But, as a general rule, consumers are idiots. Some things never change.

Service is OK. Like the other posting, I also have a problem with seeing 5 bars, yet not being able to call. Personally, I think Verizon and Sprint have better coverage and call quality.

Lousy coverage, lousy customer service, dishonest customer service. By the way, they tell you that they may be recording your call, but if you tell them that you are recording the call, they'll hang up on you!

Love my t-mobile. My wife and I both use our t-mobile phones ALOT. Great signal and great plans. And they have good costomer service. All of you complaining about t-mobile should try ALLTEL, now thats sorry costomer service.

all of you suck that are putting down t-mobile. the t-zones rock, and their plans are more flexible than the other crap you find in the cellular market. I am sick of people saying that they suck, people are too busy complaning about things that NO CARRIERS HAVE YET. so why do you keep blaming things on t-mobile?

First it works, then with full bars, you try to use it and you get a 'Call Failed, Network Busy'...but if you go outside your office, you may get through. Added to that, the dropped calls, inferior service from CSRs...I will never recommend them to anyone!
Note that they never have a commercial (or will) about 'Can you hear me now?' like my old service with Verizon. Wish I could go back and forget the whole thing...yeah, you 'get more': More of bad service, more hassle, more aggravation...thanks K.Z-Jones!
