I have had this phone for about 6 months I dont recommend it has some nice features and looks very nice but heres the worst part about it. Its slow plain and simple. Click contacts and there is like a 3 second delay before anything pops up. Dont even think of using the MP3 Capabilities it takes a good 5 minutes to get the program up and running.

I have had this phone for 13 months. I do like it. not alot. sometimes scroling through contacts has a delay, but I found that turning it off & on again will reboot it and it will scrole fine. My biggest complaint is that its not very loud and barly vibrates so i miss alot of calls.

This is a terrible phone. It's very fragile. It worked fine for the first few months. But after that my screen started messing up. It would turn strange colors. Then the picture on the screen would be reverse and upside down. Like I had to stand on my head in front of a mirror in order to read anything. Sometimes the screen would just go black and stay that way. Sometimes closing the screen and opening it back up would help. Sometimes I had to reboot. Until one morning I woke up and it the screen was solid white and NOTHING would fix it. Not closing the screen. Not turning it on and off. NOTHING. My husband has this same model and it has the same problems. NEVER EVER waste your money on this phone. ***They sure don't make 'em like they use to!

i went through three KRZRs phones in one year!i had the same problems with all three of them. the first problem was that the ear piece went out and i had to use the speaker phone all the time. Then the screen went out completely. And i also experienced delays when trying to text or call. It was a horrible phone. I would never recommend this phone to anyone.
