this phone is horrible, the volume strip is a nightmare, battery life sucks, phone calss are rejected constantly, calls are dropped when others beep in.

the phone is slow that it somtimes freezes in oreder for it to catch up to you.when ppl call u u can hear the ringer even if ur on the phone already.

This phone is better than what people may imagine. T-Mobile's OS is the culprit. Change it up to WinMo 6 or even 6.1 for a better experience. No doubt about it.
