This phone looks and feels very sleek. It's easy to slide into a coat or pocket. The problem is that the reception and call quality are horrible. I used to be a Motorola fan; I held onto my old clunky v-series for a long time. I didn't change providers (ATT). The difference in call quality is night and day. My calls are constantly dropping, and when they're active, the reception is horrible. I HATE this phone, and I'm returning it to ATT tomorrow.
