This isn't the best phone I've ever had. It is probably the worst. I liked my ancient Nokia from seven years ago better than this. Honestly. The main problem I am having is with the flat keypad. When I'm navigating it, I am constantly undermining my progress by inadvertently pressing the wrong buttons. I hate the built in ringers. It may seem like a small thing, but they all sound the same to me. There is no point in having different ringers if they all sound the same, right? My only option is to download. Another thing I don't like is the charger plug on the side. I may dislike this because all of my phones before had the plug on the bottom. I like it down there. Also, I do not know if it is a phone problem or a Sprint problem, but I cannot connect to the Internet. I miss my old Sanyo. That was the best phone I've ever had! As for this one... I'm considering returning it. The only good thing about it is that I can make calls from it. I don't consider that a good enough reason to keep it.
