The battery life and reception are good, but the buttons and ergonomics are bad. With the buttons on the face of the phone, new users will find that they hang the phone up accidentally alot (your cheek hits the cancel button. The MP# player function is fair but it burns through the battery quickly. My recommendation: Buy a cheaper phone and get an IPod to play music.
