I received this phone a couple days ago and it is amazing. Reception is awesome compared to the 'no-service' I got from my Motorola at my office. Speech both ways, and on speakerphone, is very clear, even at 1 bar on signal strength. Camera works great and the MP3 stereo speakers are clear. Nothing bad to report on this winner from Samsung.

I like the phone, the only problem that I have came with no holder and the color I liked (Green) was not available. It seems to me if you are going to advertise a green faceplate one should be available.
Also the clock does not stay visible for longer than 15 seconds

This phone is overall a very good phone. It does pretty much everything my old Motorola V710 did, but better. Only problems are that you can't (easily) transfer mp3s from a memory card onto the phone as ringtones or alarm tones, and it doesn't come with even a basic carrying case. Other than that, I have found little fault with it so far.

I have been an alltel customer for 5 years now and this is by far the best phone for the money they have put out, thanks samsung! The Hue, for a fraction of the cost of its competitors boasts some great features that I really like. MP3, GPS capable, 1.3 MP camera and video, voice dialing, fun frames for pictures,expandable memory, and best of all the cell top application which lets you buy ringtones, check weather, sports, news, and more all with out needing the alltel all axcess pass.

both my boyfriend and i have the phone and we both love it. it's easy to operate, the numbers on the screen are nice and big, the sound quality is amazing. the only thing i don't care for is alarm function. the snooze is too short :) other than that, we have no complaints for the samsung hue.

I just got this phone and is by far the best phone ive had very versitile!!! and its cute with my pink face plate.... speakers are good and clear i have a signal everywhere and the web browser is quicker than my other phone the motorola :) love it!!

I love it. I have only had it a couple of doay but I already love it. The only thing that i don't like about it is there is that the external screen is not colored and ther are no cases avalible for t. The mp3 player is awesome and joined with bluetooth headphones its great.

This phone is flat out amazing. It doesn't have tri-mode, but there's no point if you still get a great signal everywhere. Even with 1 bar (only place i've gotten that is my basement) it still makes perfectly clear calls. The mp3 player is a great addition to all of the features already added onto this phone. It's cheaper than competitors like the RAZR, and it does WAY more and does what the RAZR does better. The camera quality is good for a cell phone and same goes for the videos. My favorite thing about this phone has to be the ability to take files from a mini sd card and make them a ringtone. So basically any music on your computer can become a ringtone!!!!! I hate a lot of cell phones to be honest... but this is amazing!!!

all of you who think you have a good phone, think again. try to download a ringtone. alltel has a block on the phone that only allows downloads via their 50.00 kit. i went online to get a 2gb micro sd card for mine. got the card for 20.00 on amazon. mp3 works like a charm, but it will not transfer ringtones.
