I've had the phone for about five hours and i loaded all my songs off of my old phone onto it and they are taking up memory on my phone but there unaccessible they won't even show up on the menu to assign them to contacts or to delete them.

HORRIBLE! I've had to replace this phone 2x in 3 weeks. Phone will randomly shut off and when turned back on, it say "searching for service". WASTE of money!

I like this phone but sometimes when i try to text with the keyboard the letters take forever to show up on the screen! But when I text with the regular numbers its fine! I wish this thing wasn't so slow!

Sarah from Kansas, I experience the same problem with mine. I notice it more when the phone is in silent mode and I try to text, then when i try to go back it deletes the whole phrase i entered. Also, it will double enter letters at times.

At first I thought this was a great choice for a phone, but after about a month and a half, things got wacky. My screen started going crazy, turning black, white, or streaked with colors. The phone would shut off randomly, and texting got difficult because hitting the backspace button once would often result in deleting my whole message. Just a week from when these things started happening, the phone stopped trying altogether, and i was left with a white screen when the phone is on. I'd think it was just a bad individual phone, but my sister, and two of my friends have the same phone. They are also having the same troubles like I discribed above.
Many of the others' reviews are from people who just got the phone a few days or a week ago, and if i would have read them when i first got the phone, i'd agree wholeheartedly with their great reviews. Now, I can tell you from just a month or so's experience, this phone isn't worth the headaches it will cause.

I really love this phone its perfect if you are a super texer like i am. the sound is really good amd loud. it holds alot of memory and its just an awsome phones
