Horrible phone! Very short batt. life, low, low call volume. Difficult to add songs to. Replaced it once already-it shuts itself off on its own, whenever it wants to! Extremely slow key response, like an old computer. Both this and the first one had same problems. The thing is, that in order for Metro PCS to replace it again, it must be exhibiting the problem when you take it to them. Fat chance-it does it at the most inopportune times. DON'T BUY THIS PHONE-you will regret it!
