Browser Button Money Pit
Rating:

It's impossible to leave this phone on because they put the soft touch browser button sitting high above every other button on the phone. I was trying to use this in an emergency and I couldn't leave it on because every few minutes I'd hear this little beep pattern and take it out to look at it and sure enough, it would be saying it had just deducted from my account for the browser. I can't believe they thought it was ok to put a browser button that would auto connect without you ok'ing it. I've probably spent $10 on false internet connection, just because the button is made to constantly be activated. I'm throwing this thing away, it's a money pit.

Tracfone texter
Rating:

With this cheap phone be sure of one thing - what is the phone going to be used for? If you need it to take, and make important business related phone calls, then stay away from this phone. It's great for anything else other than talking on. I knew this before I got my youngest this phone - reasoning that at least there'll be some savings to be had with not phoning, and only texting. Which is what this phone is good for. That of course, and a kick ass battery life. I'm quite sure that the problem with the reception, and the talking quality lies with the phone, cause I myself have a tracfone that runs on the same network as this phone, and my reception and talking quality is quite superb. Regardless, this phone only costs $10, and with that type of price you can sorta expect a fault, or a con somewhere along the way. It is however rather dissapointing that it cannot do the basic thing all phones are supposed to do.
On the other hand. This might very well be a good phone to get before getting an iPhone - just so you can get used to crappy phoning.

Great
Rating:

This is actually a cooler tracphone that 9 dollars is for. A bunch of friend have and like, but then a cousin has and the phone takes awhile to load and freezes. The only con is no camera and no qwerty keyboard, but the phone even packs in a nice browser.

A very bad phone
Rating:

Buying this phone I thought I was upgrading my tacfone, but I was very disappointed with this phone and had to replace is after a week. This phone is the worst phone I've ever had. The worse thing about this phone is that is has horrible reception, I couldn't understand what the caller was saying and had to keep asking him/her to repeat themselves. Also I made sure the sound was turn up all the way, but when I did that, the sound was muffled and it was even harder to understand what the caller was saying. I wouldn't waste your $$$ and time with this phone.

Thanks!
Charlie
